Budget Junk Removals provides junk removal, hauling, recycling, and property cleanup services throughout Federal Way, Kent, Auburn, Tacoma, and surrounding Washington areas. All services are performed under applicable local and state regulations.
All text, graphics, logos, designs, and materials displayed on our Site or marketing materials are the property of Budget Junk Removals and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without our prior written consent.
Pricing is based on truck-load volume, weight, and type of material removed. Estimates are free and non-binding until confirmed on-site.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Invoice (for approved accounts). Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. Sales tax or dump fees may apply.
Customers must ensure safe access to items being removed. We are not liable for hidden or structural damage caused by prior property conditions. Hazardous materials (paint, oil, batteries, chemicals, etc.) must be disclosed before pickup. Additional fees may apply for extra labor, heavy loads, or special disposal.
All services are provided “AS IS” and at the customer’s own risk. While we take great care, Budget Junk Removals is not responsible for incidental damages, delays, or disposal restrictions beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Junk Removals and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration in King County, WA.
